A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the photoshoot/event.

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may incur fees based on availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we reserve the right to arrange for a replacement photographer/videographer.

All images remain the copyright of ShotByGarrie unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted personal use rights for images delivered but cannot edit, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without prior consent. The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the photoshoot.

Edited images will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after the photoshoot/event. Delivery times may differ based on the type of service. Raw/unedited files are not included unless specified in the agreement.

The client is responsible for obtaining permissions for photoshoots at specific locations or with third parties (e.g., venues, property owners). Delays caused by the client or venue may result in additional fees.

While all care will be taken to ensure high-quality images, ShotByGarrie is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, adverse weather conditions, or other uncontrollable events. Liability for loss, damage, or non-delivery of images is limited to the refund of the paid amount.

Client information will be handled with confidentiality and used only for business purposes.

By agreeing to a photoshoot, the client consents to the use of their likeness in promotional materials unless otherwise specified in writing.

ShotByGarrie reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

By booking a session, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above. A written agreement will be provided to clients upon booking.
